Say a 60-minute information security talk becomes a 5-minute film plus a 15-minute discussion. That gives 40 minutes back for every joiner. With 8 batches of 60 a year, that is 480 joiners and 320 hours. If an hour of a fresher's paid time is worth ₹400, you recover ₹1,28,000 a year and the ₹1,25,000 film is paid back in a little under twelve months. Start with the hours. Count how long the live session took before, and how long the film plus a short discussion takes after, multiplied by the number of joiners. Then add the checks that suit your setting: assessment scores on the module, repeat questions to HR or IT security, phishing-test results, safety observations at the gate, or how many learners complete the module in your learning system. These are ways to measure, not promises of a result.
Share the language mix of your audience and the voice artists are confirmed before you get a quote. Captions can match, so the film also works without sound.
Yes, if it avoids dates, names and anything that changes. Keep those in your own slides around the film. The chapter structure also lets one part be replaced when something does change.
