Explainer Video Company in Delhi Built Around Your Return

Before you choose an explainer video company in Delhi, ask who has to approve your film and what you expect it to give back. Most Delhi teams have a director, a reviewer who checks every rule and figure, someone from the sales side and now and then a board member who sees the script once. Your film has to get past all of them, and then it has to be worth what you paid. This page is about reaching that point in the fewest rounds of rework.

Our experience

Your explainer video in Delhi has to work for the whole room

Parliament, the Supreme Court and the Cabinet Secretariat are all in New Delhi, and a large part of the city's private business is arranged around them. If you are a consultant, you write for ministries. If you run a law firm, you appear before the courts. If you train public-sector staff, they are your buyers. Coaching institutes prepare students for competitive exams, and Mukherjee Nagar is known across the country for civil services coaching.

What these organisations share is how you decide. A video request starts with one person, moves to a partner or a director, then to someone who checks the wording against a rule or a prospectus, and sometimes to a committee that meets once a fortnight. If your explainer video agency in Delhi ignores that chain, you pay for it in weeks of rework, so the first call should be about who signs, not about colours.

Because the studio is in Mumbai, you will not meet us at your office. An animated explainer video needs only calls, screen shares, review links, shared files and online invoices, so nobody on your side has to travel.

Overview

What an explainer video company in Delhi should do for your bottom line

An explainer video is an animated film, usually 60 to 120 seconds, with a voiceover and a script that makes one point. It is worth paying for only when it takes a job off your people: an explanation they repeat, a document nobody reads, a first call that always runs long.

In Delhi the document behind the film is often long: a tender, a circular, a prospectus, a fee structure. Your audience is mixed. A parent and a school principal, an officer and a vendor, a junior associate and a client's finance head all need to understand the same thing at the same pace.

That is why the script is the part of the project you should care about most. The animation is what people see, but the script is what your reviewers read, argue with and approve. If five of them can read it in ten minutes and each say it is accurate, the rest of the project is straightforward.

The film has limits. It will not replace the advice a partner gives, and it will not make a weak offer attractive. Ninety seconds holds roughly 200 words of narration, and each word has to pass your reviewer and still make sense to someone watching on a phone.

Types

Which explainer video suits your Delhi organisation

These are the shapes to consider first, with the job each one does for you. Most can be made in 2D animation, motion graphics or a mix of both, and the format follows your content.

01

1. Scheme and service explainer video

You have a long document and your audience needs to act on it: who qualifies, what to submit, where, by when, and what happens next. The film cuts it down to those steps. It suits an institute explaining its admission route or a company explaining a rebate scheme to its dealers. On-screen text stays short so your reviewer can check it line by line against the source.

Uses

Where your film gets played and what it saves you

Your Delhi film rarely lives on one channel. The same file ends up in rooms, inboxes and phones, so decide early where it should earn its keep.

  1. 01

    Seminars and open houses

You play it on a screen before the speaker starts, often without sound at first, so the on-screen text has to carry the point alone. By the time you begin to speak, the room already knows what the session covers.

  2. 02

    WhatsApp groups

Parent groups, alumni circles and vendor lists pass around short films. You receive a light version under the size limits of the app, so it opens quickly on a mid-range phone, with the main message inside the first fifteen seconds.

  3. 03

    The follow-up after a meeting

After your pitch, the film goes to the people who were not in the room: the finance head, the second partner, the committee member. It tells your story the same way every time, without you there, and it can save the second meeting.

Who it is for

Who gets the most from an explainer video in Delhi

The pattern is the same in very different organisations: there is a real thing to explain, more than one person to please, and an audience that will not read the long version.

These are the teams where explainer video services in Delhi fit most clearly.

We do not have a team sitting in Delhi, and we make no claim of special access to departments, panels or tender processes. What you get is a clean script, an explainer video made to it, and a review process where your approvers do not step on each other.

If all you need is a fifteen-second social ad, an explainer is the wrong tool for you. Say so on the first call and you will hear it back.

  1. 01Coaching and test-prep institutes. Fee structures, batch timings and test series are hard to describe on a call and easy to show in a film. If you run five centres, the same film serves every admission counsellor.
  2. 02Consulting and advisory firms. Your method is your product, and it stays invisible until someone draws it. Shown in a first meeting, a film of the method lets the discussion start from your client's own situation.
  3. 03Law and compliance practices. Your clients are anxious and uninformed in equal measure. A short film on what the process involves, and roughly in what order, can cut the number of nervous follow-up calls you take.
  4. 04Companies selling to government bodies and PSUs. Evaluators compare many vendors on paper. A film lets you show how the work is actually done, in a form that can be played in a review meeting.
  5. 05Colleges, universities and training bodies. Admissions, scholarships and certification routes confuse families. Animated steps with plain labels can reduce the errors you see on application forms.
  6. 06B2B service companies. Staffing, facility management, logistics and similar services are bought by people with little time. A 90-second film is easier for them to forward than your 30-slide deck.

Why it works

What explainer video production in Delhi gives you when approvals are slow

Live shoots depend on diaries, locations and weather. Animation depends on the script, which makes it forgiving when your internal process is slow.

  1. 01

    Changes are cheap early

Changing a sentence in the script costs minutes. Changing the same sentence after animation costs days. So you review the script and the storyboard first, and animation starts only after you have signed both.

  2. 02

You never need to fix a shoot date

There are no actors to coordinate, no location permissions and no clashing calendars. If your committee takes three weeks to meet, the project simply waits and restarts where it stopped.

  3. 03

    Updates can be planned for

Fees, dates and names change. If you say up front which pieces will change, they stay separate in the artwork, so an update next year does not mean starting over.

  4. 04

What you pay and what you get back

A 60-second film is ₹48,000 before GST, with a studio minimum of ₹35,000. Here is an example, not a client result. Say your partners spend 15 minutes explaining the same process on each of 30 first calls a month. That is 7.5 hours. If you value senior time at ₹3,000 an hour, that is ₹22,500 a month, and a film that really replaces those explanations pays back in a little over two months. Use your own call count and hourly figure.

  5. 05

Quick numbers for your own length

The return calculator on this site is in beta and gives an estimate, not a promise, but it is a useful first check on your own case. For the price of a particular running time, open the pricing planner on this site. Films over six minutes get 10 percent off, which helps with staff briefings.

Our process

Our Process

On a Delhi project your review chain sets the schedule, not the animation. On day one you are asked who will read the script, who has the final word and whether anything has to be approved by a fixed date. The script reaches you first and nothing is drawn until you have signed it. Then the storyboard, the voiceover and the animation each come on their own review link, and you send one merged set of comments per round. Fly through it on the Our Process page

PreProductionPost

Step 1 of 9 · Pre-production

1. Discover call / Brief

We start with a call to learn who the video is for, what it must achieve, your key message and your deadline. Then we agree the scope and the style.

What we do
We sit down with you to understand your audience, your goal and your message, and agree the style and scope.
What we need from you
Who the video is for, what you want it to achieve, your brand guidelines and any style references.
What you get
A clear, agreed brief that the whole team works from.

What sets us apart

What you get on an explainer video with many approvers

Four habits that make a difference when your film has to pass through several desks.

01

1. A script each reviewer can check

Every figure, rule and date in your script is marked with where it came from. Your compliance or legal reader can tick it off against the source instead of asking what we meant.

02

2. One review link for each stage

Script, storyboard, voiceover and animation each get their own link, so a reviewer sees only what is up for decision. Earlier stages stay closed once you have approved them.

03

3. Conflicts go back to you

When two reviewers want opposite things, you decide. Both comments reach your nominated person, and the studio waits for one instruction.

04

4. Cost and time said at the start

You get the price, the studio minimum, the expected two to five weeks counted in working days, and a note on what would add to either. All amounts are before GST.

Why Frame Makerzzz

Choosing an explainer video company in Delhi when five people have a vote

Any competent studio can animate a script. Your harder problem is getting from a first draft to a version that every approver has signed, and that is where projects lose weeks and where your return on the spend gets eaten.

Ask each studio what happens when two of your reviewers contradict each other, and how many people can leave comments on one round. Here the answer is that one person on your side merges the comments, and conflicts are flagged to you, not settled by the studio.

The studio is in Mumbai and you are in Delhi, and for an animated explainer video the distance costs you nothing. If you later want live footage of your premises, a crew can travel, with the cost agreed before it leaves.

Send a rough brief or the document you want explained. You will hear what the film should and should not say, with a first estimate worked out from the length of the film.

FAQ

Questions?
We've Got Answers.

Everything brands usually ask us before starting a video. Can’t find yours? Just ask.

Still have a question?

Talk to a real person on our team, no bots and no forms.

Yes, and the distance is rarely the problem. On day one we ask who reads your script and who has the final word. The script goes out as one document, you nominate one person to collect comments, and you get one revision per round instead of five. If two reviewers disagree, the conflict goes back to your nominated person and you decide. Nothing is drawn until you have signed the script.

Yes, if the script follows what your viewer has to do and not the wording of the circular. The film gives who qualifies, what to submit, by when and what happens next, with the official terms on screen as short labels. Your compliance reviewer can check each line against the source document, which is marked in the script.

Neither is needed for an animated film. Briefing calls, script reviews and storyboard walkthroughs happen on video calls and screen shares, and review links carry the rest, so your team keeps its days. If you also want live footage of your office, classroom or plant, a crew can travel to your site. That travel is billed separately and agreed with you before the shoot.

As a starting point, a 90-second animated explainer video comes to ₹72,000 before GST. Shorter films are topped up to the studio minimum of ₹35,000. Your final number depends on the style and the amount of custom artwork, so treat this as a starting figure and not a quote. Then work out what the film should give back to you, using the sum in the section on what you pay and what you get back.

Pick the measure before the film exists, because it is hard to reconstruct afterwards. For a Delhi team the options are simple. Add a line to your admission or enquiry form asking how the person heard about you, and note how many mention the video. Time a few first calls before and after. Count the repeat questions and nervous follow-up calls on the topic the film covers. Give the film a tracked link or its own page, so you can see views and how many people watch to the end. These are ways of checking your own results. They are not results we promise, and a film that sits unused on a page will show nothing.

Hindi and English are both official languages in Delhi, and plenty of your audience moves between the two. Our voiceover roster covers several languages and accents. Tell us which versions you need at the brief, and we confirm availability and cost for each before the script is final, so the timing of the animation is planned for both.

The usual two to five week timeline counts the days when the studio is working, not the days it waits for your feedback. If your committee meets on a fixed date, say so at the start. The script and storyboard can be scheduled to reach you just before it, so the animation starts right after the meeting.

It can be, which is why you are asked early which numbers and dates will change. Fees, deadlines and names can be kept as separate pieces in the artwork, so next year's update is a small job. You get a quote for the update when you need it.
