Explainer Video Company in Gurgaon Made to Cut Repeat Demos

If you are choosing an explainer video company in Gurgaon, start with the buyer who was not on your demo. A B2B sale here rarely ends with the person who watched it. That person forwards a link, a slide or an email to someone in finance, someone in IT security, someone who has never heard of your product. Your film is the part of the pitch that can travel without you and say the same thing each time, which is also where it earns back what you paid.

Explainer video production in Gurgaon for your long sales cycle

Cyber City is a large office district developed by DLF, and across NH-48 sits Udyog Vihar, a long-standing industrial area. Maruti Suzuki has built cars at its Gurgaon plant for decades, and the outsourcing boom that followed GE's arrival in the late 1990s brought many multinationals to open Indian offices here. Several airlines have their headquarters in the city, and thousands of startups work out of its office blocks and co-working floors.

Almost everything sold here is sold to another company: software subscriptions, payment tools, consulting engagements, outsourced teams, components and machines. If that is your business, you know the sale takes weeks or months and passes through a user, a manager, a budget holder and often someone from IT or legal.

So explainer video services in Gurgaon should be judged as a sales asset, not as brand storytelling. You pick the moment in your cycle where deals slow down, and the script is written for that moment and for the number you expect it to move.

Overview

What an explainer video company in Gurgaon should do for your pipeline

An explainer video is a short animated film built around one problem and one way of solving it, with a voiceover that a busy person can follow without looking at the screen. It is not a demo recording. A demo shows what the buttons do. An explainer says why the problem exists and what changes once it is solved.

That difference matters for the person who was not on your call. The champion who liked your product forwards something to the person who controls the budget, and that second person has two minutes and no context. Your film should open with their problem, not your company history.

The first ten seconds get written last, once the strongest line is clear. In B2B that line is usually a cost or a delay your buyer already recognises, not a claim about your platform.

The rest follows a plain order: the problem, why current ways fail, how your product approaches it, what the buyer does next. Anything outside that order belongs in a longer film or a separate one. A film also cannot fix a product the buyer does not need, and it will not rescue a sales process with no follow-up.

Types

Eight explainer video types and the sales problem each one solves

Few companies need all eight. Pick the one that matches the point in your funnel where deals slow down, and make that first.

01

1. Product explainer video for sales

The main film every rep sends after a first call. It names the problem, shows your approach in simplified screens or illustrations and ends with one clear next step. Sixty to ninety seconds works for most products.

Uses

Where your explainer video earns its place in the funnel

The best place is wherever you currently spend the most time repeating yourself.

  1. 01

    The first outbound email

A thumbnail and one line, with the film hosted on a landing page. A reader who has already watched it writes back with a more specific question, so your thread starts a step further on.

  2. 02

The opening of a demo call

Play the first 90 seconds, then take questions. The call moves quickly to the specifics of your buyer's setup, and the live demo has more room.

  3. 03

    RFP responses and security reviews

Attach the film to your questionnaire response. Evaluators have a stack of answers to read, and a film shows your approach in one sitting.

  4. 04

    Inside the product

An empty dashboard is a poor first impression. A short film placed on the first screen can walk a new user through the first action.

  5. 05

    Partner days and conferences

On a screen at your stall, a silent loop with large type pulls in people who would not stop for a brochure.

Who it is for

Who in Gurgaon gets the most from an explainer video

Companies that sell something with a long explanation attached to it.

Your buyers are professionals with little time, and your sales team is tired of saying the same thing on every first call.

What you bring is a conversation with someone who sells the product and a list of the objections that come up most. With those two things the script is half done.

If your product changes every fortnight, an explainer video will age quickly. Say so at the start and the film gets planned around the part that stays stable.

  1. 01SaaS and platform companies. A subscription product usually needs a sequence of films: a sales explainer, an onboarding walkthrough and a feature release video. Start with the one that fixes your biggest drop-off.
  2. 02Fintech and insurance-tech teams. Your customers are cautious about money and data. A calm, clear film about how a payment, a loan or a claim moves, without jargon, answers questions before a call centre has to.
  3. 03Outsourcing and shared-service firms. Prospects want to know how the first ninety days run. A process film gives every sales lead of yours the same honest answer.
  4. 04Consultancies. A method film saves your partners from re-drawing the same framework on a whiteboard in every first meeting.
  5. 05Manufacturers and suppliers around Udyog Vihar and Manesar. Procurement teams compare vendors on a spec sheet. A film of how your component works and what fault it prevents is easier to remember than a datasheet.
  6. 06Startups raising a round. Before a partner meeting, send a film. The meeting then starts from the second slide.

Why it works

Why an explainer video beats one more slide deck for your team

A deck depends on who presents it. A film does not.

  1. 01

Every rep says the same thing

A new sales hire is still learning the pitch in the first weeks. A film hands them the approved version on day one, and the fine detail can follow.

  2. 02

    It handles the repeat questions

If half of your first calls spend ten minutes on the same background, put those ten minutes in the film and use the call for what is different about this buyer.

  3. 03

It reaches the person who was not there

Forwarded decks lose their voice. A film keeps the argument intact when it moves from your champion to the budget holder.

  4. 04

What you pay and when it pays back

A 90-second film starts at ₹72,000 before GST (studio minimum ₹35,000, and 10 percent off anything past six minutes). Here is an example, not a client result. Say your average first-year contract is ₹3,00,000. Then ₹72,000 is less than a quarter of one contract, and the film has paid back once it is the reason one extra contract of that size closes. Swap in your own contract value and see how many deals you would need.

  5. 05

Check the numbers for your case

The return calculator on this site is in beta and gives an estimate, not a promise, but it lets you test your own deal value and call volume. For the price of a particular length, the pricing planner on this site gives a quick figure.

Our process

Our Process

On B2B briefs the script takes the most thought, because the film has to name your buyer's problem in your buyer's own words. You start by sharing a sales deck or a call recording and the three objections you hear most. The script and storyboard go to your product and sales leads on one review link, and the voice and animation follow in the same way. A typical film takes two to five weeks, depending on length and how quickly your feedback comes back. Fly through it on the Our Process page

PreProductionPost

Step 1 of 9 · Pre-production

1. Discover call / Brief

We start with a call to learn who the video is for, what it must achieve, your key message and your deadline. Then we agree the scope and the style.

What we do
We sit down with you to understand your audience, your goal and your message, and agree the style and scope.
What we need from you
Who the video is for, what you want it to achieve, your brand guidelines and any style references.
What you get
A clear, agreed brief that the whole team works from.

What sets us apart

What you get on a B2B explainer video brief

Four things you can expect on every brief like this one.

01

1. Your objections come first

Before a word is written, the studio wants to know what makes your deals stall. The script then answers those objections in order, instead of repeating the brochure.

02

2. A film sized to its place in your funnel

A film for cold email is shorter and plainer than one for a late-stage security review. You agree where it plays before you agree how long it runs.

03

3. Review links your product team can use

Your engineers and product managers can comment on a frame without a call. Sales gets a say at the script, product at the storyboard.

04

4. Numbers on the table

You see the price, the studio minimum and the expected weeks, all before GST, written down before the work starts.

Why Frame Makerzzz

What to ask an explainer video company in Gurgaon before you sign

Plenty of studios can animate a product. Fewer will ask what your sales cycle looks like, or how you will tell afterwards that the film was worth the cost.

Ask for the script before the style. If a studio shows you artwork options first, it is designing the wrapper before it knows your message.

Ask how product access is handled. For walkthroughs the studio should use your real product before scripting, so the flow matches the screen.

The studio is in Mumbai, and you run a Gurgaon project the way any other is run: calls, screen shares, review links and online files. If you need live footage in your office, a crew travels for that, billed separately and agreed with you first.

Bring a deck, a recording or just a list of customer questions, and you will hear which of the eight types to make first.

FAQ

Questions?
We've Got Answers.

Everything brands usually ask us before starting a video. Can’t find yours? Just ask.

Still have a question?

Talk to a real person on our team, no bots and no forms.

The problem comes first, in the words your buyer uses, and the product arrives about a third of the way in. A buyer who does not yet feel the problem will not care about features. You will be asked for call recordings or sales notes, so the script uses the phrases your customers actually say.

We suggest 60 to 90 seconds. A film on your homepage or in an email can be shorter. A film for onboarding or a technical walkthrough can run longer, but then it is a training video, and it is better planned as chapters than as one long piece.

Yes. For walkthrough and how-to films you give access to the product before the script is written, so the flow in the film matches what a user sees. For a high-level explainer, simplified illustrations of the interface are often the better choice, because real screens date quickly.

A film about the problem and the method lasts longer than a film about the interface. If you need a screen-level walkthrough, plan for a refresh when the interface changes. Say at the start which parts you expect to change and those are built as separate pieces, so an update is smaller.

You do not. The briefing, script review and storyboard review all work over calls and screen shares, and files and invoices move online. A visit makes sense only if you want live footage of your office or the product in use. Then a crew travels, and the travel is charged on top and settled with you before anyone leaves Mumbai.

Rarely well. A customer film opens with a problem and ends with a next step. An investor film opens with a market and ends with a reason to believe the team. They can share artwork and characters, which keeps your cost sensible, but the scripts differ.

A 2-minute explainer video begins at ₹96,000 before GST. The final figure depends on style and how much custom artwork you need. The studio minimum is ₹35,000, so a 30-second teaser is billed at that figure.

Choose the measure before the film goes live. Send it through a tracked link or a dedicated landing page, so you can see views and how many people watch to the end. Add a field to your demo request form asking how the person heard about you. Compare the length of first calls before and after, and count how many of your support tickets are the basic how-do-I-start questions the onboarding film is meant to answer. These are checks on your own numbers, not results we promise. If none of them moves after a quarter, that tells you the film or its placement needs work.
